Rossi Rearmost Start, Lorenzo Pole Position MotoGP Valencia
VALENCIA, SPAIN - Rider Movistar Yamaha Jorge Lorenzo will start the Grand Prix race at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo Valencia, Sunday (11/08/2015), from the starting point at the front.
Lorenzo to get the pole position after posting the fastest lap in the qualifying session which took place on Saturday (11/07/2015).Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) kicked off at the beginning of this 15-minute session. With a lap of 1 minute 30.499 seconds, he went up to the top of the list recording the fastest time.
Session entered the last five minutes when Lorenzo doing the rounds in 1 minute 30.011 seconds. This entry so a new record at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, passing notes Marquez in 2013 (1 minute 30.237 seconds).Note Lorenzo fastest survive in the position until the session ends. 28-year-old rider is entitled to pole position for the Valencia Grand Prix race.The front row will be completed Marquez and Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda), who finished second and third start.
Valentino Rossi had fallen at the corner of 8th while approaching the end of the session. He closed the session with ranks 12th.However, the Movistar rider will still start dai rearmost position because it has picked up four penalty points, obtained in San Marino (1) and Malaysia (3).
