Dashed, Rossi Fixed Start From Position Rear in Valencia!
Court Abitrase Sport (CAS) has finally issued a decision rejecting the appeal Valentino Rossi FIM related penalties as a result of touch incident with Marc Márquez at the Malaysian GP. With this decision, which means that Rossi's attempts to compete in a similar position with Jorge Lorenzo died.

After the race in Malaysia, FIM said the race leader when Valentinoo Rossi proved his racing line in order to deliberately widen the space to Marc Marquez, causing both riders contacts, which eventually dropped Marquez. For this offense FIM Race Direction imposed three penalty points on your driver record, a sanction which was later confirmed by the FIM.
